David is a full time Mortgage Advisor at Century 21 Mortgage with over 13 years experience in the industry.  His expertise in mortgage products and overall real estate knowledge allows him to give the best possible service to his clients. 

David was born and raised in Marshfield, MA.  After graduating from Marshfield High School in 1993, David earned his bachelor degree in Sports Management with a Business Minor from Colby-Sawyer College in New Hampshire in 1997. David was also a Division 3 basketball player for Colby-Sawyer College.  During and after graduating college David worked in season ticket sales for the Boston Celtics and the Boston Bruins.  Falling in love with sales, David was introduced to the Mortgage industry and joined Ameriquest Mortgage Company in the fall of 1997. 

In 2001, David joined Loansnap.com, Inc. a local well know mortgage lender.  After 6 months of working for Loansnap.com, David was promoted to Sales Manager in which David grew a team of 30 Mortgage professionals.  2 years into his tenure at Loansnap.com, David was then promoted to Director of Sales and later Vice President.  In 2006, David bought an interest in the company and became an equal owner. 

In 2009, David decided to join the 4th largest Mortgage originator in the United States, PHH Mortgage Corporation.  PHH also owns Century 21 Mortgage and several other brands under their private labeling division. 

David was a resident of Quincy/Weymouth/Marshfield area for 5 years (97-02), but then moved to Attleboro, MA in December of 2002.  He now resides in Attleboro with his wife Anne, son Dylan and his dog Trajan.  David has several locations he works out of including Attleboro, Canton, Franklin and Milford to name a few. 

David has a very strong background in mortgage products and guidelines.  He has a huge supporting cast that helps him to give the best possible service to his clients.
